Objective Through the analysis of the causes of inspiratory dyspnea following palatoplasty of congenital cleft palate in infants to find out the proper postoperative measures of it's prevention and treatment. 目的通过分析婴儿先天性腭裂术后吸气困难的原因,更好地治疗、预防该并发症。
Among the 6 cases with persistent inspiratory dyspnea, four of them were diagnosed as congenital laryngocele by direct laryngoscope, one case was diagnosed as subglottic stenosis by tracheoscopy and one case was confirmed to be thoracic tracheostenosis when tracheotomy performed. 6例持续性呼吸困难,直接喉镜检查确诊先天性会厌囊肿4例,气管镜检查确诊声门下狭窄1例,气管切开时确诊胸段气管狭窄1例。

Background: Multiple system atrophy ( MSA) with bilateral vocal cord paralysis is very rare in the literature. Bilateral vocal cord paralysis could cause fatal inspiratory dyspnea, thus it is important to pay attention to this problem. 2. 目的:多系统萎缩伴双侧声带麻痹文献报道罕见,由于双侧声带麻痹可以造成致死性的吸气性呼吸困难,因此需要得到更多的重视,故报道1例病例。
